You will be surprised how tasty and simple raw food can be.

Here are two excellent easy raw food diet recipes that will help you along on your raw food diet experience.

Strawberry and Banana Raw Almond Milk Smoothie and Thai Salad with Peanut Dressing.

Strawberry and Banana Raw Almond Milk Smoothie is very simple and can be eaten anytime, whether you need a snack, a small meal, or something to take with you the Strawberry and Banana Raw Almond Milk Smoothie is a great nutritional raw food.

Here are the steps how to make the delicious beverage. 

1. Simply have a blender, a cup of raw almond milk, a cup of fresh organic strawberries, one organic banana, and optional honey or stevia for sweetening.

2. You will need a blender, nothing fancy. Just basically put all the ingredients in the blender and then blend on low to med speed until well mixed.

3. You can add a little more banana if you need to make the smoothie thicker.

4. You can also throw the bananas in the freezer the night before and use the frozen bananas in the mix. It is very tasty.

5. Pour in a nice glass and enjoy this tasty raw food with or without a straw.

The Thai Peanut Dressing Salad is excellent raw food.

You can put peanut dressing on almost anything to make it tastes really good.

So mix-up a large batch of dressing and keep it in your fridge.

The ingredients you will need may sound like much, but you can use almost everything for other recipes as well, so all the ingredients are worth it.

Ingredients: 

You will need rice vinegar, soy sauce, fresh organic peanut butter, lime, canola oil, garlic, honey, water, and ginger.

1. In your blender put 3 tablespoons rice vinegar, 3 tablespoons lime juice, 3 tablespoons canola oil, 3 tablespoons soy sauce, 2 tablespoons water, 3 tablespoons honey, a teaspoon of crushed fresh ginger or tablespoon ginger powder, four cloves of garlic.

2. Clove one section of a garlic head. Blend all of these ingredients together until well mixed. If dressing is too thick, you can add more rice vinegar or water to thin out. 

3. For the salad, you can do a variety of things. You can put two cups of fresh kale, ½ cup of cucumbers, shaved carrots, and ½ chickpeas, and red pepper into a small bowl and pour two to three tablespoons of dressing on top and then mix in a small bowl. 

4. You can also choose three to four different fresh organic vegetables you would like and make about two cups and then pour two to three tablespoons of the peanut dressing on. It makes a wonderful fulfilling meal. 

Raw food is wonderful and nourishing and a raw food diet recipe mainly consists of vegetables, fruits, grains, and nuts.

Once you make a few different recipes of raw foods you can start creating your own recipes.

There are so many wonderful combinations out there that you can eat a new delicious raw meal every day for a week.

The best way to succeed in eating raw is to keep it simple and tasty.
