Bake & Enjoy – The Candy Tower Challenge
Class Duration: 3 hours / Price: SGD 120 nett per pax.
– The team will be divided into smaller groups and will be asked to select three desserts to work on.
– An hour-long baking time will be given.
– While working, the participants will be supervised by a chef and a chef assistant.
– A candy tower is a requirement to be built by participants to represent their respective teams.
– The teams will market and provide a sales pitch on what they have built.
– They will dine on what they have created, with tea or coffee, or they can take it all home.
1. Flourless chocolate cake
2. French apple tart
3. No bake salted butter caramel cheesecake
4. Steamed chocolate and berries pudding with burned marshmallows
5. Assorted crepes
Special requirements on the team building activities or food menu (e.g. vegetarian, health halal diets, etc.) can be discussed with the Chef for inclusion into the program.
