Theme: Bake & Enjoy – The Giant Cookie Challenge
Class Duration: 3 hours / Price: SGD 120 nett per pax.
– The team will be broken down into smaller groups and asked to select three types of cookies to work on.
– An hour-long baking time will be given.
– While working, the participants will be guided by a professional chef and a chef assistant.
– A giant cookie is a requirement to be created by participants to represent their respective teams.
– The teams will market and provide a sales pitch on what they have built.
– They will dine on what they have created, with tea or coffee, or they can take it all home
– Special requirements on the program activities or food menu (e.g. vegetarian, halal ingredients etc) can be discussed with the Chef for inclusion into the program.
