Theme: Pizza from Around the World
Class Duration: 3 hours / Price: SGD 120 nett per pax.
– The team will be will be divided into smaller groups.
– Each team will be asked to work on three types of pizza (Western, Asian, and Dessert) at three cooking stations.
– Each team will be assigned to prepare, create, and present a variety of pizza from a set of ingredients that they will be given.
– The teams are to come up with their most creative and edible pizza with a compelling story behind it to win THE BEST PIZZA AWARD.
– Special requirements on the team building activities or food menu (e.g. vegetarian, halal ingredients, etc.) can be discussed with the Chef for inclusion into the program.
