Chia seeds have exploded in popularity over the last few years as a culinary option and healthy addition to anyone’s diet.

Not only can you mix chia seeds into whole wheat bread mixtures, you can also make chia flour.

You can make a great flatbread with chia that has a nice mild flavour which makes it perfect for tomato sauce and some vegetables. 

Muffins also take to chia seed very well. 

Just add chocolate chips, fruit, or your favourite muffin flavours along with the chia seeds in a muffin recipe.

Your breakfast will then be a healthy and energy sustaining treat.
