Each class is a three-to-four-hour adventure in our professional kitchen studio. You’ll be guided by friendly local chefs, surrounded by laughter, sizzling woks, and the heavenly aroma of sambal, pandan, and coconut milk.

Class 1: Hainanese Chicken Rice & Roast Pork Belly

(3 hours per session)

Every Singaporean knows this: not all chicken rice is created equal. But yours? It’s going to be legendary.

In this class, you’ll master two beloved hawker icons:

  • Hainanese Chicken Rice Set – learn the secret to perfectly poached chicken, that glossy fragrant rice, the iconic chilli-ginger sauce, and greens with oyster sauce.
  • Roast Pork Belly – achieve crispy skin and tender meat so perfect you’ll hear that crunch when you slice it.

You’ll poach, chop, and plate just like a pro hawker. When you finally taste your creation, you’ll grin and think, “Wah, even Tian Tian better watch out.”

Class 2: Peranakan Cuisine – Roti Jala, Kari Kapitan & Kueh Sago

(3 hours per session)

Welcome to the colourful world of Peranakan cooking where every recipe tells a story of heritage, spice, and heart.

You’ll create:

  • Kari Kapitan – a rich, aromatic chicken curry bursting with lemongrass and coconut cream.
  • Roti Jala – delicate golden lace pancakes that pair perfectly with your curry.
  • Kueh Sago – chewy, coconut-coated sweet treats that melt in your mouth.

Class 3: Singapore Classics – Chicken Satay & Peanut Sauce

(3 hours per session)

Nothing brings people together like the smell of sizzling satay. In this session, you’ll fire up skewers that’ll make you the most popular cook in your circle.

Your menu:

  • Chicken Satay – marinated in spices, grilled to smoky perfection, and served with homemade peanut sauce that’s so good you’ll lick the spoon.
  • Char Kway Teow – a wok-fried noodle masterpiece with prawns, eggs, and that magical wok hei aroma.

You’ll cook:

  • Cereal Prawns – crispy, buttery, and dangerously addictive.
  • Coffee Pork Ribs – a unique mix of sweet, bitter, and savoury flavours.
  • Sambal Kangkong – fiery and fragrant, just the way Singaporeans like it.

Class 5: Cooking with Friends – Singaporean Food Lah!

  • Laksa – rich, coconut-based curry noodles with prawns and fishcake.

  • Assam Laksa – tangy, tamarind-based soup with mackerel, pineapple, and cucumber.
  • Kelantan Laksa – creamy, coconut-infused noodles with mild spice and depth.

You’ll learn:

  • Sago Gula Melaka – silky sago pearls topped with thick palm sugar syrup and creamy coconut milk.
  • Abok-Abok Sago – steamed sago and coconut parcels wrapped in fragrant banana leaves.

Your instructor will guide you through the three biggest sago mistakes to avoid from over-boiling to clumping. It’s part science, part magic, and fully delicious.
