In a sweet attempt to cater to your cookie love, the Western Pastry Cookie Baking Class Series I will first disclose the divine recipe behind the classic American Tollhouse cookies.
Although they were invented “accidentally” by the famous inventor, Ruth Wakefield, these chocolate chip cookies are sweet delights that are now the world’s favourite type of cookie.
In addition to these famous cookies, another heavenly cookie we will learn to bake is the Butter Sandwich Cookie, an absolute favourite with children and adults alike.

A perfect balance of ginger and spice flavour, these cookies are great to bake with children.
Next on our menu is the European favourite gluten-free Cinnamon Stars.
