– The mystery box cooking class is an innovative and interesting team bonding game for your employees. It fosters competitiveness in a fun non-aggressive way.
– Participants are grouped into smaller teams.
– Each team has a short competition set by the chef, and the winner of that short competition then picks the protein for each team (e.g. chicken, beef, or lamb etc).
– Each team is given some common ingredients and protein, and they have to come up with 2 dishes within a time frame specified by the chef.
– The process is completely free-form, so teams have to rely on each other’s knowledge to come up with 2 edible and presentable dishes.
– Teams can also work with other teams to swap or procure ingredients. This plays on their teamwork and their creativity in presentation styles.
– Special requirements on the program activities or food menu (e.g. vegetarian, Halah ingredients etc) can be discussed with the Chef for inclusion into the program.
