Theme: The Master Chef Challenge

– The master chef cooking class is a very popular team building activity for companies in Singapore.
– It consists of splitting the participants up into smaller teams.
– In this corporate team event, participants will first complete in a short cooking task.
– The winning team will then choose the proteins (seafood and meat) to be parcelled out to each team.
– A box of accompanying ingredients will be given to each team and they have 1.5 hours to cook 2 dishes for the chefs to judge.
– Special requirements on the program activities or food menu (e.g. vegetarian, halal ingredients etc) can be discussed with the Chef for inclusion into the program.
