What a Team Needs

Working in teams can have positive effects in the work environment.

Team members have an easier time getting feedback about their efforts and ideas than do those who primarily work alone.

So, managers organize their staff into teams to be more effective in the workplace.

But all work and no play, makes any employee become bored and often lead to a lack of enthusiasm to perform.

To build a more solid performance, the work-life balance must be incorporated in the management strategy.

A team building activity is a way to preserve and maintain this healthy balance for a corporate team’s members.

Most of the time, a team bonding activity is often related to sports as it brings out the differences in team members and makes them sort out things that would work out for every member.

However, since sports have always been the “go-to” team bonding activity, it has become more of a routine and seems to lose its appeal as time goes by.

How Different Is Different?

To break the routine-like sports fest activities, a new innovation has been made.

It may not have the extreme physical activity that a sports team bonding has but definitely has all the core values that define a good team building program.

And it’s through cooking classes!

Why Cooking Classes?

Cooking is the best team bonding experience.

In cooking classes, individual differences are not a hindrance, it is an asset to every team member.

Every person belonging to an organization or corporate team is given a chance to unleash his inner creativity through cooking.

These classes are made possible and carefully hand-picked by Cooking-Class Singapore.
