Class 1: Chef In Training (ASIAN Cuisine): Foundations (6-day intensive course – 3 hours per session) *most popular hands-on training class*

Do you want to experience culinary flavours from all over Asia? Then this lesson is for you. Chef in Training is 3 hours per session with a total of 6 days teaching different cuisines from all over Asia. 

This 6-day intensive hands-on course focuses on Asian cuisines and covers an array of essential skills made to assist fill the gap between the amateur home gourmand and the professional chef.

This lesson is conducted in Singapore and is ideal for home gourmands, professional chefs, and domestic helpers wanting to expand their cuisine collection.

You will be able to learn some of the most popular Asian dishes. Some of the things you will know are:

Day 1: Korean Cuisine

On your day one cooking lesson, our chef will teach students to learn how to cook authentic Korean dishes such as Kimchi (salted and fermented napa cabbage and cucumbers), Bi bim bap (mixed rice), Spring onion pancake and Kimchi soft tofu stew.

Day 2: Indian Cuisine

To make an authentic Indian dish, it is vital to engage the help of a professional chef who has a vast knowledge of all the spices and ingredients, both common and uncommon, that go into the preparation of an Indian dish. 

On the second day of your lesson, our chef will teach you the nuance of Indian cooking and the skills needed to whip a table of authentic dishes. Here you will learn the following:

Day 4: Vietnanese Cuisine

This class will take you on a thrilling cooking journey in Vietnamese cuisine without leaving Singapore. All recipes in this lesson are genuinely remarkable.

  • Pho Hanoi style

Day 5: Thai Cuisine

Day 6: Indonesian Cuisine

Class 2: Balinese Style Grilled Beef Ribs (4 hours per session)

Bali-style grilled beef ribs are addictive, the ribs aren’t just fork-tender and succulent on the inside, but they should be charred a bit on the outside and glazed with BBQ sauce with a pleasant smoky flavour.

In this four-hour lesson, you will learn the technique of making this easy to learn recipe. You will also learn some other dishes that will certainly have all your friends and family running to your house!

Nasi Goreng Kampong Istimewa – Fried Rice with Sunny Side Up Egg, Long beans & Crackers

Class 5: Balinese Style BBQ Seafood (4 hours per session)

This is a 4-hour lesson where you will learn how to make a Balinese bbq! Fish, squid, prawns, and sambal!
