On Day 3, teens will learn how to use the oven. Recipes include roasted chicken with herbs, potato dauphinoise and lemon meringue tart.

Day 1 will focus on knife skills with sushi. Recipes include making sushi rice and seasoning, tamagoyaki eggs, tuna tataki, maki sushi rolls and chicken karaage.

Day 2 will be on seafood. Recipes include grilled vegetables, seafood paella, crispy skin salmon and grilled tandoori prawn.

On Day 3, teens will learn how to prepare Asian bites. Recipes include gyoza, deep-fried breaded ebi, japanese kani wafu salad and korean vegetable pancake.

On the last day, Day 4, it will be preparing pantries. Recipes include apple cranberry strudel, fruit tart and chocolate chip cookies.

Day 3 will be Middle Eastern Cuisine. Recipes include middle eastern dip with homemade pita bread, vegetarian kofte and fatoush salad.
