Class #5 – Vietnamese Vegetarian Comfort Food

In this cooking class, your chef will teach you some delicious vegan dishes she loved during her years in Vietnam. On top of that, you will learn new techniques and skills to cook your own versions of tofu, eggplant, turmeric tofu, and tomato red rice.

Join us to learn genuine Vietnamese Cuisine normally seen in villages. This menu is perfect for vegans.
